Welcome to Humanitarian Action for Refugees and Rural communities development (HARD) site a nonprofit humanitarian youth refugee led organisation operating in Uganda and founded in 2020. majorly to tackle socioeconomic wellbeing and contemporary social issues that affects refugees, internal displaced, returnees, stateless person/asylum seekers and host communities to thrive. we intervene in Livelihood and food security, Education and Protection.
